Wanaka artist, Belinda Innes, specialised in teaching art while at Dunedin Teachers College, and has been painting and print-making, using a variety of mediums, ever since.
While living in USA for several years she exhibited with the Utah Watercolour Society in Salt Lake City and in travelling exhibitions.
The relationships of shapes and colours are the main inspiration for Belinda's paintings, which include figures, still life, landscapes and abstracts.
Belinda's work is vibrant and distinctive. It captures the soul of the subject wonderfully.
